We ship Global Express which costs $18-20 and takes 5-7 business days (not including customs times which can take considerably longer). Even though the additional amount is $16 you will ultimately be credited the correct total amount from your account.

Paypal does not make it easy to accept more than one shipping option and the option that is provided through their site is for DOMESTIC ORDERS ONLY. $4.50 will NOT cover shipping outside the US.
